I’m an energetic – professional business woman. My two, 20 something kids live here – they attend university and work part-time. Our pet Maltese puppy also lives here – she is hypoallergenic and does not bark. She will stay out of your space unless you want her to visit with you. 
Studio: Newly Renovated Studio – with kitchenette boasting a bar height table with stools and has a mini fridge, microwave, kettle, dishes etc. and pantry. A four piece shared bathroom. Fully furnished for single occupancy. Room has Twin bed with a Serta Mattress, Down Filled Pillows, high quality linens, 32″ television with CABLE and DVD player and internet (WIFI) is included. Dresser and mirror, writing/computer desk and a comfortable arm chair.
Private entrance – below grade level- but is an above average space (must be seen to appreciate). Bright area with windows. Laundry facilities are available once a week for free on the premises. The room has a lock on the door and your privacy is respected as we expect ours to be too. Street permit parking available.
Please note: The room does NOT include telephone service or meals. This is a smoke free home and because we have a small quiet dog – please no additional pets.
Amenities: There are several restaurants, cafe’s, banks, grocery stores, dry cleaners, doctor’s offices, post office, drug stores and other conveniences within walking distance.
Location: St. Clair Avenue West and Wychwood Ave (our home is nestled between the boarder just West of Bathurst St and East of Christie and South of St. Clair Avenue West – in Wychwood Park Area)
Walking distance from subway! This is a super safe community with lots to do and see within walking distance or via public transportation. The house is located a 2 minute walk to 24 hour public transportation service. Toronto Transit information may be found here http://www.ttc.ca/ You can reach the core of the city within 10 to 15 minutes by public transportation. It is a short 10 minute to 15 minute street car and/or subway ride to the University of Toronto, Ryerson, George Brown College and a 45 t0 55 minute ride to York University or Seneca College (northern campus). There is a park (Wychwood Barns) located half a block from the house and it has volley ball court, sitting areas and a farmer’s market every Saturday morning starting in the early spring and running through the late autumn.
